- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app, except as the law allows.
02Accuracy of prayer times
We take care over prayer times: they come from your mosque's timetable or official authorities where available, or are calculated astronomically for your location.
They may still differ from reality by a few minutes, because of:
- The location, calculation method and madhab you choose.
- Changes made by the mosque or the authority.
- Factors beyond our control.
When needed, check your local mosque's times or your country's official authority. The app is a reminder, not a substitute for checking.
03Religious and third-party content
- The Holy Quran, recitations, radio, live streams and books are provided from public sources, and their rights belong to their owners.
- This content may change or stop for reasons beyond our control.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app or its feedback feature for:
- Any unlawful purpose.
- Abusing others.
- Attempting to disrupt our servers.
05Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damage arising from its use, from being unable to use it, or from relying on prayer times without checking them.
06Changes
We may update the app or these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated version.
